Posted on June 12 2017

1.  Picnic, Live Jazz and a Sunset Walk – Total Cost - $45

First stop off at The Truffle Cheese Shop and grab one of their amazing picnic baskets, that you preordered;)  The cost is $40 for 2 people.  Pack up some wine and head over to City Park.  Next up, City Park's live (and free) Jazz in the park.  Once that's wrapped up, the sun will be beginning to set so start your loop around the trail.  This loop provides a striking view of Denver’s skyline.

2. Cozy Up In Littleton - Total Cost $16

Grab your date and head over to the Littleton Historical Musem.  This little gem is free!  It's a working 1800's farm packed with history and even a few farm animals.  Walk the path and spend some time getting to know each other.  After you have finished, head to historic downtown Littleton for a little wine tasting at Legacy Vineyards.  You can both enjoy 5 tastings for only $8 per person.

3. Some Cocktails On SoBo -Total Cost $75

Start your evening with one of the highly tours at Laws Distillery.  At $10 per person you get an in depth look at whiskey making and a formal whiskey tasting.  After that, you're not far from Adelita's Cantina.  This is our favorite casual stop this side of town.  Order the molcajete which is plenty for 2 people, amazing and crave worthy, and only $26.  With a margarita or 2 we suspect your bill should be pushing $50 after tip.

4. Hiking and Wine Tasting in Berthoud - Total Cost $65

Carter Lake Reservoir - Sundance Trail is a 6 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Berthoud, in Loveland.  Hike and then head into town to the Cheese Importers Shop.  Leisurely wander around snapping up some tasty snacks.  Afterwards, head over to Blue Mountain Winery and Vineyard.  Their 2 hour tour takes you through the vineyard and gardens and ends in the tasting room where the two of you get to indulge in your cheesy goodies while tasting 8 of their wines.

5. Salsa in Cap Hill - Total Cost $80

Start with dinner and beer at Lowdon Brewery and follow that up with a one hour salsa dancing lesson at La Rumba followed by hours of practice time while the dj keeps going!

6. New Adventure in North Denver - Total Cost $90

Take a trapeze class together with Imperial Flyers where you'll climb a 25+ foot vertical ladder and stand upright while holding a 15-pound bar out in front of you.  After that, enjoy some margaritas and delicious Mexican at Kachina.

7. Uptown Romance - Total Cost $100

Start the night by enjoying a cocktail with the best view downtown has to offer at the Peaks Lounge.  Follow that you by checking out the Mercury Cafe and their swing dancing classes for only $10 per person.  End the evening with an amazing dinner at the ultra romantic 9th Door on Blake St.
